Sleep is amazing. As far as I know all mammals and many other creatures sleep. So sleep must have come about early on. But you'd think that having to sleep would be a disadvantage from an evolutionary point of view.

My dog sleeps a lot. He's either running around or eating and if he's not doing either of those he's sleeping. He must be so healthy.

Spot on. My husband unfortunately had to go to the emergency room this past weekend, and he later told me, disgruntled, that the doctors said nothing whatsoever about eating better or any other tips for healthy living. The term I've heard some people use is very apt, "sickcare" rather than healthcare.

I gather that your husband has made it home intact and can enjoy indulging in some impatience with the health services from afar!

Yes thankfully though we have no answers about the issue that took him to the emerg. Typical ton of scans and tests and "we found nothing". He has an appt with a neurologist this week.

I hope, of course, that that turns into a whole lot of nothing or, barring that, something that can be remedied without much fuss.

Thank you. I hope so too. I suspect it could be a result of the vax, he was injured by the first shot so never took the second. I have bought him some supplements recommended by the FLCCC, probably should have done that long ago but after the initial injury he seemed to be ok. Even if it isn't that I figure they are supplements that generally support health, so can't hurt.

Stress is a hidden killer and sleep helps to restore balance. Not sure if it's he stress that upsets the immune system or the lack of sleep. I do know after a period of pushing myself, often not sleeping well, at some point my body says enough. A long sleep certainly helps restore me.
